- Position: New Business Planning (Digital Asset Focus)
- Affiliate: Hanwha Investment & Securities
- Location: Yeouido, Seoul
- Position Type: Conversion Track (Full-time offer available)
- Responsibilities
- Market & Trend Research
- Research and analyze blockchain-based insurance and financial models across the U.S. and global markets
- Conduct research on emerging technologies such as DAOs and token economies to derive key insights
- User & Service Insights
- Analyze user pain points from a customer perspective and identify opportunities for service improvement
- Support development of service ideas based on customer value and new technology applications
- New Business Planning
- Support early-stage business planning and development of commercialization models
- Required/Preferred Qualifications
- Language requirements : Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)
- Open to all majors; currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a U.S. university
(West Coast familiarity preferred)
- Hands-on project experience through entrepreneurship, investment, or consulting clubs
- Ability to identify consumer pain points and translate them into viable business or service ideas
- Strong interest in Blockchain, AI, and emerging financial solutions
- Analytical, collaborative, and entrepreneurial mindset
