Q. I applied for Part 1: Conference & After-Party. Can I also apply for Part 2: Networking Party?

Yes, you can apply for Part 2: Networking Party. If you are accepted for Part 1 and answered "yes" to "Would you like to participate in the entire event?" you will automatically be accepted for the after-party. If you are not selected for Part 1, you will be considered again for the Networking Party (Part 2).

Results for Part 1 will be announced on September 30th. We suggest applying for Part 2 once you receive the result for Part 1 and still wish to attend the networking event, which starts at 7:30 PM.

Q. Can I bring a partner to the Networking Party if I am accepted to Part 1: Conference?

No, if you are accepted to Part 1: Conference & After-Party, you are not eligible for a +1 ticket. The 1+1 application is only available for those applying & accepted to Part 2: Networking Party.

Q. If I apply with a friend, will we both get tickets?
For Part 2: Networking Party, you and your friend must each submit separate applications to be considered together. If only one person applies, you'll be considered individually and may not receive tickets together.

Q. I don’t have a partner. Can I apply alone?

Yes, you are welcome to apply alone if you do not have a partner. Solo applications are accepted.

Q. Is this a 21+ only event?

No, as long as you are 18 or older, you can apply. However, the open bar is only available to those 21 and over, and all attendees must present a valid ID at the entrance.

Q. What should I do if my partner or schedule changes?

Please notify us as soon as possible at [email protected] if there are any changes to your schedule or your partner’s. If your partner cannot attend, you cannot automatically bring someone else. Only the original applicants are allowed to attend.

Q. Can I sell or transfer my or my partner's ticket?

No, tickets cannot be sold or transferred for safety reasons. Walk-ins will not be allowed, and only selected attendees with a personal QR code and a matching ID will be admitted.

Q. How much does it cost to attend the event?

The event is completely free. It is a private, invitation-only event, and participants will be selected through a screening process.

Q. What should I wear to the event?

You can wear any outfit that makes you feel comfortable and ready to enjoy the party.

Q. Will prepaid gift cards be provided for non-NYC residents to cover transportation costs?

No, travel expenses will not be reimbursed. You are responsible for covering your own transportation costs to attend Part 2: Networking Party.
