  • Responsibilities

- Space-Based Content ​& Business ​Planning

  • Support ​planning and ​execution ​of ​new space-related business ​models ​using content
  • Develop proprietary ​content ​tailored ​to different operational ​spaces

- Design ​& ​Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate ​with relevant ​teams ​on space planning ​using basic ​design tools


  • Required/Preferred Qualifications

[Required]

- Language requirements : Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)

- Bachelor’s degree or above (including expected graduates)

- Background in Interior Design, Marketing (strategy, brand, service, PR, sports), or

Visual/Communication Design

- Experience in space-based brand marketing or consulting projects

- Experience with offline space-based events or promotional projects

[Preferred]

- Part-time experience in startup or entrepreneurial environment in related fields

- Relevant certifications in spatial content or marketing

- Intermediate or higher proficiency in design tools (e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop)

- Intermediate or higher proficiency in PowerPoint

- Experience in brand-focused offline space marketing

1. 필수 포함 사항

- 연간 프로그램 테마 및 전체 운영 기획

- 공간과 프로그램 컨셉 연결 

- 장기 또는 단기 프로그램 아이디어 및 구성

* 프로그램 운영기간은 1년으로 가정 (상위 연간 프로그램 테마 및 전체 운영 기획 고려)

* 1년을 채울 수 있는 각 테마에 맞는 분기/월별 프로그램을 개별적으로 구성해 주세요

- 협업 파트너(전문가/브랜드/지역 커뮤니티/F&B) 발굴 전략 

- 프로그램과 연계된 홍보 및 마케팅 계획

2. 공유 정보

- 일반인 대고객 대상 문화 콘텐츠를 제공하는 오프라인 거점

- 강남구 내, 주요 상권 소재

- 복층 구조에 전용 약340평 규모 (1층 200평, 2층 140평)

- 공간 활용의 경우 1개층 개별 활용, 2개층 동시활용 등 자유롭게 활용 가능

*예상되는 테마별 행사 규모 및 참석인원 규모에 따라 자유롭게 선택
