Procedure

Complete and submit your application by September 24.

Results will be announced via email on October 2.

RSVP by October 9 to confirm your attendance.

Come join us on November 14 at The Glasshouse.

Ticket Information & Disclaimers

01 Attendee Category

Student: Currently enrolled or recently graduated with less than 1 year of work experience.
Industry Professional: Currently working with more than 1 year of work experience.

02 Program Segment

When applying, you can choose to attend both Part 1 (Conference) & Part 2 (Networking Party), or Part 2 only.

03 Career Mentoring

1:1 Career Mentoring connects students with finance and tech professionals for real-world career insights and networking.
Selected students will be paired with participating companies, and their CVs will be shared accordingly

04 Prepaid Cards

Prepaid cards will be provided only to conference attendees currently enrolled at universities outside of NYC.
The amount will vary based on the location of your enrolled university. You must apply using your university email to be considered.
Cards will be distributed within 2 weeks after the event, only upon verified attendance.
Prepaid cards are intended to partially support travel costs, not full relocation expenses, and the amounts are non-negotiable.

05 Disclaimers

Tickets are free of charge for selected attendees. No walk-ins allowed.
Tickets cannot be sold or transferred; only selected attendees will be admitted.
Each attendee will receive a personal QR code to present along with a valid ID at entry.
An open bar (21+ only) and catering will be available.
No-shows for any reason will forfeit their right to participate in future Hanwha or LIFEPLUS events.
