Disclaimers

  • Partial flight reimbursement will be provided after the event for non-San Francisco residents, based on distance traveled.
  • Accommodation will be provided for non-San Francisco residents for the first two days and for all attendees during the final two days in Napa Valley.
  • Hanwha Finance will cover all expenses related to food, activities, and official camp programs. However, any additional incidental costs and personal expenses will be the attendee's responsibility.
  • Adhere to all basic safety rules at the event. Failure to comply may result in immediate enforcement actions.
  • Photos and videos will be taken during the camp and may be used for Hanwha Finance’s marketing purposes.
  • As a fully-sponsored event, selected attendees must commit to full participation. All attendees are required to sign a pledge agreeing to attend all programs. No-shows without valid proof (e.g., illness, accident) will be required to reimburse all sponsored flight and accommodation costs.
