• Responsibilities

- Indonesia ​Blockchain Market ​Research

• Research ​global trends ​in ​RWA, ​STO, and Web3 ​banking ​across key markets
• Analyze ​Indonesia’s ​RWA/STO/Web3 ​banking landscape in ​the financial ​sector, ​including a ​timeline of ​key ​innovations

- Business Development ​Support

• Derive insights ​from research and propose potential blockchain-based business ideas for Hanwha Financial Group in Indonesia

• Required/Preferred Qualifications

- Language requirements : Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)

- Background in Economics, Business, Finance, or STEM preferred

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completion by December 2026 (Indonesia, Korea, or the U.S.)

   - Project experience in the blockchain area will be an advantage
