• Responsibilities

- Blockchain Applied Research

• Research blockchain platforms, frameworks, and industry and regulatory trends
• Support design and testing of smart contracts and tokenization models

- Blockchain Solution Development & Collaboration

• Support integration with digital trading platforms and preparation of technical and test reports
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to explore and propose blockchain solutions

• Required/Preferred Qualifications

- Language requirements : Fluent in English and Vietnamese (written and spoken)

- Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

   - Experience with smart contract languages (e.g. Solidity, Rust) and modern web frameworks

(JavaScript, React, Node.js)

   - Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals (transactions, wallets, consensus, smart

contracts)

   - Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills

   - Strong interest in fintech, digital platforms, and securities market innovation

In the last several years, trends such as tokenization of real-world assets (RWA), blockchain-enabled product features, retail demand for global and alternative investment opportunities are reshaping how financial products are designed, distributed, and experienced by end users.

At the same time, regulatory environments in Vietnam require careful research and innovation that balances user value, compliance, and long-term scalability.

The key challenge is not only identifying promising technologies—but translating them into practical, user-centric products that can drive growth, engagement, and differentiation for Pinetree.

Your Mission

1. Review recent regulatory environments in Vietnam to understand the boundaries for product development.
2. Research current trends in digital assets and blockchain industry and understand the direction of the industry.
3. Acquired necessary knowledge and expertise to develop blockchain based products.
4. Analyze Pinetree products, match the researched trends, within the regulatory boundary, then define the direction for new features.
5. Finally, compile your findings into a report designed to persuade product teams to proceed.
