• Responsibilities

- ​Cross-Border Investment ​Analysis

• Analyze ​strategic ​investment opportunities across ​the ​Middle East and ​Asia, ​focusing ​on high-growth companies ​and next-generation ​technologies
• Conduct ​market and ​private equity ​research ​to support investment ​evaluation

- Investment ​Execution & Coordination

• Support investment materials, including IC presentations and investment memoranda
• Coordinate with co-investors and strategic partners for information exchange and meetings

• Required/Preferred Qualifications

- Language requirements : Fluent in English (written and spoken)

- Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of corporate finance

   - Interest or experience in strategic investments or private equity

   - Global mindset with an interest in cross-border investments (Middle East–Asia)

   - Collaborative team player able to work across Seoul, UAE, and global partners
