• Location: Yeouido, Seoul

• Responsibilities

1) [Hanwha General Insurance]: Global Investment

- Global Investment & Asset Allocation

• Analyze global financial markets to support investment strategy and asset allocation
• Assist with securities investment strategy development within an insurance asset management context

- Alternative Investment Review

• Support alternative investment strategy development, product review, and due diligence
• Participate in meetings, conferences, and preparation of investment review reports

2) [Hanwha Asset Management]: PE

- PE Investment Analysis

• Research and assess domestic private equity investment opportunities
• Monitor industry trends and support sourcing and evaluation of new deals

- Transaction & Modeling Support

• Build and maintain financial models to support investment analysis
• Assist across the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and preparation of investment memoranda

3) [Hanwha Asset Management]: VC

- VC Investment Analysis

• Research and assess domestic and global VC investment opportunities, including market, fund, and company analysis
• Monitor industry trends and support evaluation of new investment opportunities

- Investment Materials Support

• Prepare investment memoranda synthesizing qualitative and financial analysis to support investment decisions

4) [Hanwha Asset Management]: Real Estate

- Real Estate Investment Analysis

• Research and assess domestic real estate investment opportunities
• Monitor industry trends and support evaluation of new investment opportunities Monitor industry trends and support sourcing and evaluation of new deals

- Transaction & Modeling Support

• Build and maintain financial models to support investment analysis
• Assist across the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and preparation of investment memoranda

5) [Hanwha Asset Management]: Infrastructure

- Infrastructure Investment Analysis

• Research and assess domestic and global infrastructure investment opportunities
• Monitor industry trends and support sourcing and evaluation of new deals

- Transaction & Modeling Support

• Build and maintain financial models to support investment analysis
• Assist across the transaction lifecycle, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and preparation of investment memoranda

• Required/Preferred Qualifications

[Hanwha General Insurance] Global Investment

- Language requirements : Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)

- Background in Economics, Business, Finance, Biology, or Engineering preferred

- Strong written communication skills

- Financial certifications or progress toward professional qualifications preferred

[Hanwha Asset Management] PE

- Language requirements : Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)

- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and research skills

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail

[Hanwha Asset Management] VC

- Language requirements : Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)

- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and attention to detail

[Hanwha Asset Management] Real Estate

- Language requirements : Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken)
