01 Program Segment
- When applying, you can choose to attend All Day (Conference + Party), Conference only, or Party only.
- Full details are available on the application page.
02 Prepaid Cards
- Prepaid cards will be provided to selected attendees joining the conference, limited to students enrolled at universities outside of NYC. You must apply using your university email to be considered.
- The amount will vary based on the location of your university and is non-negotiable, ranging from $50 to $400 depending on travel distance.
- Cards will be distributed within three weeks after the event, only upon verified attendance.
- Prepaid cards are intended to partially support travel costs, not full relocation expenses.
03 Disclaimers
- Tickets are free for selected attendees and are non-transferable; no walk-ins or resale permitted.
- Each attendee will receive a personal QR code to present along with a valid ID at entry.
- An open bar (21+ only) and catering will be available.
- No-shows without a valid reason will forfeit their right to participate in future Hanwha or LIFEPLUS events.
- Failure to follow the provided instructions or guidelines may result in disadvantages during the selection process.
